Sometimes we all feel like we’re not enough, and in these moments we often self-sabotage and compare ourselves to others. We may feel unworthy of love, friendship, or a better job. The script below will help you embrace your own strengths and overcome the feeling of not being enough.

Find a quiet place where you can focus without interruptions. Take a few deep breaths to ground yourself. Assess your feelings of not feeling enough on a scale from 0 to 10, with 0 meaning that you don’t experience that feeling at all and 10 being extremely intense. This will help you track your progress.

Start tapping on the Karate Chop point (side of the hand) and repeat:

  • “Even though I feel like I’m not enough, I deeply and completely accept myself.”
  • “Even though all my life I had felt like I’m not enough, I deeply and completely love and accept myself.”
  • “Even though this feeling of not being enough is so intense, I accept how I feel.”

Start tapping:
